Aisha (Kelley) Hunt brings more than two decades of legal and financial services industry experience to her role as founder of Kelley Hunt, having worked with some of the largest and most respected asset management and law firms in the industry. She has a particularly strong track record playing an integral role managing the business and legal affairs of financial services firms, including asset managers, private and registered funds (including ‘33 Act and ‘40 Act funds), fund boards and broker - dealers.

Aisha was previously a Partner at Dechert LLP, General Counsel at ALPS and General Counsel at Vident Asset Management. She has also held senior in-house legal counsel roles with Dodge & Cox and Wells Fargo.

Aisha holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
